Command Center

Financial Disclaimer

Last updated: April 22, 2026

Command Center is not your financial advisor. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, cryptocurrency, collectible, or other asset. All information is provided for your own research and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. You can lose money, including all of your investment.

1. Not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice

[LEGAL_ENTITY] (“Command Center”) is a technology company based in Montréal, Québec. We are not:

  • A broker, dealer, or investment advisor registered with any securities regulator;
  • A bank, credit union, trust, portfolio manager, or other licensed financial institution;
  • An accountant, lawyer, or tax professional;
  • A fiduciary to you under any legal framework.

Nothing on or generated by the Service — including dashboards, watchlists, charts, news feeds, economic-calendar entries, and AI-generated briefings or trade-idea analysis (“AI Output”) — constitutes personalized financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Before making any financial decision, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction who can assess your specific situation.

2. No recommendation, no solicitation

Nothing on the Service is an offer or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, cryptocurrency, or other instrument, and nothing is an invitation to enter into any trade. Information is provided only to users in jurisdictions where its distribution or availability is permitted. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Market data is delayed and may be inaccurate

  • Delays: quotes, prices, and indices may be delayed by 15 minutes or more depending on the exchange, provider, and your tier.
  • Errors: data providers can deliver incorrect, stale, or incomplete information. We pass through what we receive and do not guarantee its accuracy.
  • Outages: upstream providers can fail without notice. During outages the Service may display stale data or no data at all.
  • Verification:always verify any figure with an authoritative source (your broker’s order book, the exchange, or the issuer) before acting on it.

4. AI-generated content

Pro-tier features use large language models to generate briefings, trade-idea analysis, and commentary. AI Output is produced algorithmically and may be wrong. It can:

  • Fabricate facts, numbers, events, or citations (“hallucinate”);
  • Reason from outdated information;
  • Apply generic heuristics that do not fit your situation;
  • Produce inconsistent answers to the same question.

AI Output is not reviewed by a human before it is shown to you, is not personalized to you, and is not a recommendation. Treat it as a starting point for your own research — never as the final word.

5. Past performance and forward-looking statements

Historical data, backtests, and any hypothetical examples on the Service are not a reliable indicator of future results. Forward-looking statements reflect model outputs or the views of third-party sources at a point in time and are subject to significant uncertainty. Past performance does not guarantee future performance.

6. Risk of loss

Investing in securities, derivatives, cryptocurrencies, and collectibles involves substantial risk, including the potential for total loss of principal. Market, liquidity, counterparty, regulatory, tax, and execution risks are your responsibility. Only invest money you can afford to lose, and consider diversification, position sizing, and your own risk tolerance and time horizon.

7. Third-party content

News headlines, analyst notes, fundamental data, and collectibles indices displayed on the Service are provided by third parties. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content. See the Subprocessor list for current providers.

8. No fiduciary relationship

Your use of the Service does not create an advisor-client, broker-client, fiduciary, or other special relationship between you and Command Center. We owe you only the obligations set out in our Terms of Service.

9. Jurisdictional notes

  • Canada: Command Center is not registered as an adviser, dealer, or investment-fund manager under Canadian securities legislation.
  • United States: Command Center is not a registered investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and is not a broker-dealer.
  • European Union & UK: Command Center does not provide investment services or investment advice within the meaning of MiFID II or the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.

10. Your responsibility

You acknowledge that you alone are responsible for your investment decisions and for compliance with the laws, tax rules, and disclosure obligations of your jurisdiction. You release Command Center from any liability arising out of your reliance on the Service or on AI Output, to the maximum extent permitted by law. See Terms §15 for the full limitation of liability.
