- Not be barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction;
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” refers to both you personally and the organization.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately at security@cmdctr.cc if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, or allow another person to use it.
- You may close your account at any time from account settings or by emailing support@cmdctr.cc.
3. What the Service provides
Command Center is a web-based dashboard that helps retail investors track and analyze their own portfolio. Depending on your tier, the Service may offer:
- Real-time and delayed market quotes sourced from third-party data providers;
- Portfolio and watchlist tracking with manual entry of holdings;
- Financial news, economic calendar, and market indices;
- AI-generated market briefings, trade-idea analysis, and risk commentary (Pro tier);
- Collectibles-market data (e.g., TCG indices) where offered.
4. What the Service is not
Command Center is an information and tracking tool. It is not:
- A broker, dealer, advisor, portfolio manager, or financial institution;
- An offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, cryptocurrency, collectible, or other asset;
- A source of personalized financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice;
- A real-time trade-execution platform — we do not place or route orders;
- A substitute for the advice of a licensed professional advisor in your jurisdiction.
Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. You should verify any information before relying on it and consult a licensed advisor before making financial decisions. See Financial Disclaimer.
5. Free and Pro tiers; fair-use limits
We offer a free tier (“Free”) and a paid tier (“Pro”). Feature availability and limits are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
To keep the Service reliable and affordable, the following restrictions apply to all tiers, and additional limits apply to Free:
- You may not use the Service to operate an automated trading bot, a screen scraper, or any system that re-exports or re-distributes our data or output.
- AI analysis features are reserved for Pro. Attempts to access them on Free are not permitted.
- Watchlists and portfolio size are capped on Free. The current caps are published on the pricing page.
- You may not circumvent, probe, or stress-test rate limits, quotas, or authentication mechanisms.
- You may not create multiple accounts to evade limits or bans.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
6.1 Fees & renewal
Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle at the price displayed at checkout (currently US$4.99 / month for the monthly plan). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle at the then-current price until you cancel. Taxes are added where required.
6.2 Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). Your use of Stripe is governed by Stripe’s End-User Terms. We never receive or store your full card number.
6.3 Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you retain Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
6.4 Refunds
Except where required by law (see §7 below for Québec consumer rights and §6.5 for EU/UK withdrawal), subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not refund partial months.
6.5 EU & UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. However, by starting to use the Service during that period, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m) for digital content). To exercise the right before using the Service, email support@cmdctr.cc.
6.6 Price changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Price changes take effect at the next renewal after the notice period. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before the renewal date.
7. Québec Consumer Protection Act notices
If you are a consumer resident in Québec, the following disclosures apply to this distance contract under the Québec Consumer Protection Act (CQLR c P-40.1, “QCPA”):

9. AI-generated content
Pro features use Anthropic’s Claude API to generate market briefings, trade-idea analysis, and commentary (“AI Output”). You understand and agree that:
- AI Output is generated algorithmically, may contain errors, hallucinations, omissions, or outdated information, and is not verified by a human before display.
- AI Output is not personalized advice. It does not account for your objectives, risk tolerance, tax situation, or regulatory status.
- You are solely responsible for any decision you make, including any trade you place with your broker. We are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on AI Output.
- You will not present AI Output as our professional opinion, as a recommendation, or as a guaranteed outcome.
See our Privacy Policy, §5, for details on what is and is not sent to Anthropic.
10. Intellectual property
10.1 Our rights
The Service — including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the “Command Center” name — is owned by [LEGAL_ENTITY] or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial investment tracking.
10.2 Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload or enter (e.g., your portfolio notes). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, display, and process that content solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service for you, and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train any third-party model, and Anthropic does not use it to train its models (see Privacy Policy §5).
10.3 Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation.
10.4 Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to legal@cmdctr.cc identifying the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act.
11. Third-party data & services
The Service displays data from third-party providers (e.g., market quotes, news feeds, collectibles indices). Those providers may set their own terms, may suspend or withdraw data without notice, and may disclaim liability. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. Our current list of service providers is available at /subprocessors.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for third-party content, products, or services.
12. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, upstream outages, or emergency patches may take the Service offline. We may change, add, or remove features at our discretion and, for material changes affecting paid features, we will give reasonable advance notice.
13. Suspension & termination
- You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if your account poses a security or legal risk, or if continued service becomes unlawful or commercially unreasonable.
- On termination, your licence to use the Service ends and we will delete your personal information per our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal retention requirement.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service, all content, and all AI Output are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Some jurisdictions (including Québec for consumer contracts) do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted, and the non-excludable warranties are limited in duration to the minimum period required by law.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will [LEGAL_ENTITY] or its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or trading losses, arising out of or relating to the Service, AI Output, third-party data, or these Terms, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) CAD 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including, for Québec consumers, rights under the QCPA; for EU consumers, rights under consumer-protection directives; and, generally, liability for gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.
16. Your indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless [LEGAL_ENTITY] and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, and (d) any content you submit.
17. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Subject to any mandatory rights of consumers to bring actions in their own jurisdiction, the courts of the district of Montréal, Québec have exclusive jurisdiction to decide any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes that reduce your rights or add obligations, we will provide at least 30 days’ noticeby email and/or a conspicuous in-product notice before they take effect. For all other changes, we will update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not accept the changes, stop using the Service and cancel any paid subscription before they take effect.
19. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Financial Disclaimer, and the Cookies Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
- Severability. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable, and the rest will remain in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
- No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms are for the benefit of you and us only.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- Language. As required by Québec law, these Terms are available in French at /fr/conditions. The English and French versions have equal legal value; in case of conflict, the version in the language in which you contracted prevails.
